Results Improvements

SMI collaborates with suppliers to increase the value beneficiaries realize from their services or programs relative to costs and to reduce the risks of non-success.  This work begins by framing and estimating expected results and mapping the process by which program inputs lead to valuable results for beneficiaries.  We also may recommend the application of certain standard business practices and investment and economics concepts, which we believe help suppliers (as well as funders) focus more directly on the value their efforts create for poor beneficiaries.
