Mission

We believe that benefits-per-cost assessments of human assistance programs and a value-driven approach to funding and operating these programs, if applied with care and appropriate limitations, will yield lasting improvements in more peoples’ lives with existing resources.  Accordingly, our mission is to:

  • Generate More Good:  Identify, improve and obtain funding for programs that most effectively help people in need
  • Measure Results:  Determine and value results likely to be achieved and of results actually achieved
  • Establish Success Markets:  Champion and build a marketplace in which funders can obtain information about the actual cost of obtaining successful meaningful improvements in the lives of identifiable people, so that good results are funded and regularly reported.
